Strategic Infrastructure Planner

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Infrastructure Planner to join our Campus Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Research and Education Campus.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Research and Education Campus, converting plans into actionable and tactical projects.
- Project Management: Manage a life-cycle schedule and budget for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program expectations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage with DOD, DOE-ID, department managers, and business execution program managers to establish program goals, expectations, and priorities.
- Contract Management: Develop acquisition strategies, draft statements of work, and create contract requests to ensure successful project execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing tasks to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, compiling task/project status reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years of professional experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in planning and managing contracts for capital projects, project management and financial planning capabilities, and effective communication skills.
