About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment and meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
