Job Overview

As a Food Service Associate at Exchange, you will be the reason behind our customers' smiles by serving delightful meals. Job Requirements

  • Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds).

  • Ability to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Initiative to take action when needed.
  • Knowledge of the brand and its offerings.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Previous experience in fast food is preferred.

Work Schedule

Weekend shifts will be rotated among team members, with rotating days off including some holidays. The schedule may change with proper notice based on operational needs.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $16.96 to $19.78 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

In a food service environment, you will:

  • Serve a variety of food items, including salads, meats, and beverages.
  • Prepare simple food items like salads and beverages.
  • Replenish food supplies at serving stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
  • Process customer transactions and manage cash register operations.
  • Assist in achieving service and sales goals.
