  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for all bakery products, including freshness, appearance, and taste.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or retail environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Current food handlers permit required.
