Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Lincare Holdings. This role is responsible for leading the customer service team and working on held sales reports, prior authorization expiration reports, turning 65 reports, and customer billing survey reports. The ideal candidate will have one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for processing held sales reports by contacting customers, insurance providers, and reviewing with regional accounting office. You will also handle mail and outgoing courier packages, respond to requests for information from internal sources, and monitor phone procedure compliance. Additionally, you will assist in the training of employees, communicate policy and procedure updates to staff, and serve as the first point of contact for team members' questions and problems regarding work functions and patient accounts.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You should be knowledgeable of existing and new information regarding equipment, compliance adherence, insurance coverage criteria, and carrier policies. You should also have a thorough understanding of the AS-400 and the CDR.
