- Support the lead agent by showcasing properties that align with client needs and budgets, contributing to increased sales.
- Research potential homes and local neighborhoods to effectively address client inquiries.
- Facilitate access to homes under contract for measurements, inspections, and other necessary activities to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct both digital and traditional open houses.
- Engage in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Implement database marketing campaigns.
- Close sales effectively.

- Willingness to spend significant time driving.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
