Group Sales Coordinator Job Description

The Group Sales Coordinator is a key member of our sales team at Altitude Trampoline Park, responsible for driving group event sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact local organizations to sell group events and develop strategic partnerships
  • Track progress and analyze sales data to inform future sales strategies
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct
  • Utilize MS Office, Excel, and POS software to manage sales and customer interactions
  • Develop innovative and compelling sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote the business as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and POS software
