Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work with clients to provide cash flow solutions and optimize their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Manage risk and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  • Provide ideas and insights to clients based on an understanding of their needs and financial well-being.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Requirements
  • University/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
