Project and Applications Engineer

At Neuratek Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Project and Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and developing technical propositions that drive the performance and reliability of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our commercial team to generate innovative solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of our designs.
  • Investigate and modify existing design concepts to meet the specific needs of each site.
  • Work with switchgear manufacturers to develop cost-effective and scalable designs that meet the needs of multiple jobs and customer sites.
  • Manage engineering consultants in the preparation of detailed engineering and construction drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in designing and constructing renewable energy projects, particularly solar and battery storage systems.
  • Knowledge of Distributed Energy Resources and their integration within a Microgrid to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with emission standards from both utility operations and DERs.
  • Understanding of control systems for DERs and how they can be leveraged to achieve specific operational goals.
  • Experience in submitting interconnection applications and analyzing utility reports, including Detailed Facility and System Impact Studies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
