Job Title: Robotics Engineer

Escalon Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer to join our team in the Technology industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and implementing robotic systems or automated tools that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robotic systems that integrate seamlessly into manufacturing processes.
  • Research and identify the most effective automation tools and systems for specific production needs.
  • Program and test robots to ensure they function according to specifications with maximum efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain robotic systems and software to reduce downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and operational workflows.
  • Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on new robotic systems and technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards in robotics and automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degrees or specializations in robotics or automation can enhance job prospects and knowledge depth.
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies in engineering or robotics add value and demonstrate proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with robotics hardware, software, and system integration, typically obtained through internships or previous job roles, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are prerequisites.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
