As a Nursing Fellow at Providence, you will embark on a structured journey into your new specialty, supported by a comprehensive curriculum, skilled mentors, and practical experience.

This program is tailored for registered nurses who are eager to transition into a new specialty and possess over 12 months of continuous nursing experience. The Providence Clinical Academy is designed to facilitate this growth.

This is a Full-Time position with Night Shift opportunities available. Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus, subject to specific conditions.

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Relocation assistance may also be provided for qualified applicants.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Provider NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).

Pay Range: $73.13
The amounts listed represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
