Providence invites applications for our RN Medical-Surgical Fellowship at our esteemed healthcare facility.

An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will undergo a structured transition into their new specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship from seasoned preceptors, and practical learning experiences. If you are a registered nurse looking to shift to a new specialty and possess over 12 months of continuous nursing experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is designed for you.

This position is Full-Time, with Night Shift options available. All roles will necessitate scheduling on rotating weekends.

Eligible external candidates may receive a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, in addition to the exceptional benefits and compensation package that commences on your first day of employment.

Relocation assistance is available for qualifying applicants.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
