Position Overview
Providence is seeking applications for the RN General Surgery Fellowship at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.
The RN Fellow program at Providence St Joseph Health offers a structured transition into a new nursing specialty. Participants will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship from seasoned preceptors, and practical learning experiences. This program is designed for registered nurses who are eager to shift into a new specialty and possess over 12 months of continuous nursing experience.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift with rotating weekend requirements.
Sign-On Bonus: Eligible external candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to a competitive benefits and compensation package starting on the first day of employment.
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified applicants.

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Compensation: The listed pay range is the base salary; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, overtime, and other incentives.
