Position Overview
Providence is inviting applications for the RN General Surgery Fellowship at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.
The RN Fellow role at Providence St. Joseph Health provides a structured transition into a new specialty through a comprehensive curriculum, mentorship from seasoned preceptors, and practical learning experiences. This program is designed for registered nurses who are prepared to shift to a new specialty and possess over 12 months of continuous nursing experience.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift with rotating weekend requirements.
Sign-On Bonus: Eligible external candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to an attractive benefits and compensation package starting from day one of employment.
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualifying applicants.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Compensation: The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
