The Mobility Specialist is a key member of the Hertz Local Edition team, responsible for delivering an exceptional rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers. This role involves facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience, ensuring optimal operational efficacies, and providing assistance with rental car reservations, processing, and vehicle preparation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to provide helpful customer service. Additionally, they will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, effectively communicating the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and Procedures, and maximizing revenue opportunities with customers. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong time management and organizational skills, and be computer literate. They will also be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
