The University of Oregon seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for the Oregon Center for Electrochemistry (OCE). As a Research Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with faculty and researchers to prepare grant proposals, maintain grant accountability, and ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for OCE faculty and researchers, including grant proposal preparation and post-award grant/contract management.
- Interpret and apply federal and state guidelines, as well as university policies and procedures, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the OCE Managing Director to develop and implement programs, including student recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist with the organization and execution of events, such as the OCE Fall Conference and the National Science Foundation CCI Summer Boot Camp Network.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education.
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in business, finance, or research administration, including project planning.
