Senior Research Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Services Coordinator to join our team at Chestnut Health Systems. The successful candidate will provide vital support and help to maintain the integrity of projects for our Lighthouse Institute, which conducts applied research, program evaluation, training, and consultation to help practitioners improve the quality of their services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee assigned support staff on an as-needed basis in their duties to support LI projects.
- Oversee and perform relevant components of clinical trials, including data collection, data entry, participant recruitment and informed consent process, and monitoring and enforcing model-fidelity in multi-site studies.
- Adhere to processes for internal documentation and tracking information relevant to project activities in a variety of formats.
- Serve as project liaison for community partners and other external stakeholders, which may involve up to 20-40% of time traveling to participating counties.
- Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organization information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities.
- Other duties consistent with qualifications and training.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social science, public health, or related field with three (3) years' experience working with study population.
- Intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel required.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail required.
- Knowledge of database management preferred.
- Relevant supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong service ethic and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal staff at the highest level in the organization.
- Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
