Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Services Coordinator to join our team at Chestnut Health Systems. The successful candidate will provide vital support and help to maintain the integrity of projects for our Lighthouse Institute, which conducts applied research, program evaluation, training, and consultation to improve the quality of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee assigned support staff in their duties to support LI projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality results.
  • Perform relevant components of clinical trials, including data collection, data entry, participant recruitment, and informed consent processes, while adhering to model-fidelity in multi-site studies.
  • Document and track project activities, including training calls, files setup, and other relevant information, to ensure seamless project management.
  • Serve as a project liaison for community partners and external stakeholders, requiring up to 20-40% travel time to participating counties, attending project management meetings, public meetings, and documenting conversations with external partners.
  • Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence by adhering to our behavioral standards for customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all organization information, including financial and client information.
  • Perform other duties consistent with qualifications and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social science, public health, or a related field, with three years' experience working with study populations.
  • Intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel, with knowledge of database management preferred.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail, with a demonstrated record of on-time follow-through with small and large tasks.
  • Relevant supervisory experience and a strong service ethic, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal staff at all levels.
  • Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
