Position: Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager

At Waitwhile, we are dedicated to transforming the waiting experience for individuals and businesses alike, utilizing a platform that is relied upon by more than 10,000 organizations worldwide. We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on onboarding and maximizing product utilization
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor for clients
- Work closely with the Sales department to improve customer satisfaction
- Guide and support fellow team members
- Play a role in influencing product development and roadmap
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles within an Enterprise context
- Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proactive and collaborative team player
- Proven track record in cultivating robust client relationships
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk
