Position: Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on onboarding and maximizing product utilization
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor for clients
  • Work closely with the Sales department to improve customer satisfaction
  • Guide and support fellow team members
  • Play a role in influencing product development and roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles within an Enterprise context
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • Proven track record in cultivating robust client relationships

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector
  • Familiarity with APIs and SQL
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Intercom or Zendesk
