We are seeking a Strategic Client Success Leader to join our Financial Services team within the USIS Business Unit. This position is crucial for enhancing the Customer Experience lifecycle, overseeing post-Sales Implementation program management, and working closely with key clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions while promoting adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively enhance customer engagement, usage, retention, and renewals by refining the customer experience.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal teams and clients throughout the customer journey.
  • Champion customer advocacy by addressing issues from acquisition through to value realization.
  • Act as a trusted consultant and advocate for clients.
  • Develop tailored customer success plans for each client.
  • Monitor and assess customer health metrics.
  • Educate clients on the business value of our solutions.
  • Assist clients in maximizing the use and benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Promote customer advocacy within Equifax.
  • Utilize customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer benefits.
  • Provide clients with transparency regarding the status of their inquiries.
  • Support the resolution of customer support challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years in customer success, account management, management consulting, or similar client-facing roles with large Enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to solve complex problems.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse, multi-divisional, and geographically dispersed clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain positive business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set milestones and keep teams on track.
  • PMP certification.
