We are seeking a Strategic Client Success Leader to join our Financial Services team within the USIS Business Unit. This position is crucial for enhancing the Customer Experience lifecycle, overseeing post-Sales Implementation program management, and working closely with key clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions while promoting adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively enhance customer engagement, usage, retention, and renewals by refining the customer experience.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and clients throughout the customer journey.
- Champion customer advocacy by addressing issues from acquisition through to value realization.
- Act as a trusted consultant and advocate for clients.
- Develop tailored customer success plans for each client.
- Monitor and assess customer health metrics.
- Educate clients on the business value of our solutions.
- Assist clients in maximizing the use and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Promote customer advocacy within Equifax.
- Utilize customer feedback to guide product development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer benefits.
- Provide clients with transparency regarding the status of their inquiries.
- Support the resolution of customer support challenges.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years in customer success, account management, management consulting, or similar client-facing roles with large Enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to solve complex problems.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse, multi-divisional, and geographically dispersed clients.
- Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain positive business relationships.
- Experience in the retail sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set milestones and keep teams on track.
- PMP certification.
