Job Summary

The Division Administrative Assistant/Digital Specialist plays a crucial role in developing, executing, and reporting on effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to create customized marketing solutions, including digital marketing, email, and text marketing, SEO, website creation and maintenance, advertising, and social media posts.
  • Manage email and text platforms, ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Oversee the annual rebate process for multiple markets within the division.
  • Work with manufacturers and vendors to establish training programs, branch visits, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Design, maintain, and distribute various reports and flyers, including daily sales, action plans, permit reports, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and edit promotional materials, such as flyers and PSAs, for digital and print use.
  • Provide regular reports to the divisional team on sales, product information, and other key metrics.
  • Manage digital dashboards displayed on TVs across multiple locations, staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Utilize proprietary ERP systems and OLAP Cubes databases to analyze and compile relevant data.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Partner with agencies and other external partners as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with social media, content creation, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, VBA (a plus).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  • High school diploma preferred.
