As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our digital advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion. You'll work closely with our Director of New Customer Growth/CEO to establish our overall digital advertising strategy and execute it across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to drive marketing performance and achieve ROAS targets
  • Manage the launch and optimization of digital campaigns, allocating resources based on performance and focusing on achieving goals
  • Monitor competition and market trends, utilizing insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to identify critical conversion points and drop-off points
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging and improve lead quality, drive customer acquisition, conversion, and awareness
  • Own vendor/agency relationships, ensuring brand standards are met
  • Lead and maintain demand generation activities, generating and releasing content that resonates with our target audience

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in DTC, ideally ecommerce
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager and attribution accuracy
  • Drive to learn about audience and what delights them
  • Experience taking initiative on omnichannel content marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to measure program success for constant self-improvement
  • Fluent in digital marketing tools, platforms, and distribution channels
  • Ability to experiment and drive growth for B2C channels
