Job Opportunity: Regional Certified Nursing Assistant

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool. As a Regional Float CNA, you will have the flexibility to build a schedule that suits your needs while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
  • Work a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Attendance at a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs to maintain certification
