Join Our Float Nursing Pool

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at Genesis HealthCare. As a Regional Float CNA, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, building a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
  • Attendance at a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

$27.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
