Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at Genesis Healthcare Services. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
