Join Our Skilled Nursing Team

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float nursing pool at West Reading Nursing & Rehab in West Reading, PA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.
