Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool team at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab in Sinking Spring, PA. As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care while working a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients in a skilled care setting
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Work a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend or full-time hours
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Attendance at minimum 12 hours of continuing education programs

Compensation and Benefits
