Clinical Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a critical role in providing short-term assistance to individuals, families, and significant others in crisis.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct professional assessments and triage to the most appropriate, least restrictive treatment environment. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their families to identify treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and coping strategies
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or closely related field
- Preferred 2 years of experience in psychological and chemical dependency assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
