- Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance
- Generate daily reports to track financial performance
- Create purchase orders to facilitate business operations
- Conduct research on statements and past due balances to resolve discrepancies
- Categorize invoices to the correct cost center for accurate financial tracking
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and accounts payable variances to optimize cash flow
- Manage work orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and concerns
- Participate in team meetings to discuss financial performance and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting education or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in an office environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial tasks
Compensation: $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
