Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Associates are the backbone of the Blink team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members. They take pride in their work and dedicate themselves to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness of the club, including the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and training areas.
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence.
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and ensure they are clean.
• Ensure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and equipment is operating properly.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Ability to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanliness.
• Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in handling and using cleaning products.
• Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking.
