The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Facility Management experience, preferably within industrial properties. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day supervision of a portfolio of industrial properties, developing comprehensive annual inspection process for properties, oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems including but not limited to HVAC, water treatment program, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and more, and ensures the safety of tenants daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site maintenance for a portfolio of industrial properties
  • Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems
  • Ensure the safety of tenants daily

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Facility Management experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical or Vocational school
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools
  • Comfortable working off ladders, staging and power platforms
