Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the HR department and various stakeholders. This position acts as a vital resource, assisting in talent acquisition, application management, recruitment, job postings, and HR reporting. Additionally, the coordinator will manage HR-related systems and tools.

Specific administrative tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting background checks and reference verifications
  • Overseeing job requisitions and advertisements
  • Facilitating various HR processes
  • Preparing documentation for new hires
  • Compiling HR metrics and generating reports using the agency's HRIS
  • Monitoring recruitment expenditures

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two years of experience in clerical or administrative support, preferably within the human resources sector. Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is highly desirable. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
