Job Title: HR Coordinator

Waverly Health Center is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including employee relations, hiring and onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction and support to employees, managers, and the HR team on HR processes and policies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit plans, including premium deductions and enrollment changes.
  • Coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process and serve as a backup for ACA reporting and FMLA processes.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including website listing updates, social media recruiting, and career fairs.
  • Represent Waverly Health Center in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources functions and high value for customer service.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Ability to learn and navigate computer systems, including HRIS Workday.
Work Environment:

May come in contact with hazardous chemicals or treatment modalities. The possibility exists of exposure to communicable disease due to working in a healthcare environment.
