Job Summary: Provide case management services to households experiencing homelessness in our Rapid Rehousing Demonstration Project areas. Your role will involve assisting clients in finding and maintaining safe and affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying and securing housing options.
  • Provide direct case management and support to program participants in building life skills, trauma-informed care, and victim advocacy services.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with landlords, housing programs, and community organizations to support housing stability.
  • Apply knowledge of landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities to educate participants on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Support the efforts of direct programming in navigating housing options and resources for those affected by homelessness.
  • Comply with data tracking and documentation requirements.
  • Represent FOF at community and program development meetings as assigned.
