About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Hospice Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing end-of-life care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their hospice needs, including pain and symptom management.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families.
  • Provide ongoing assessments and care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
  • Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
  • One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred.
