Job Summary

Medical Services of America Hospice seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Manager for our hospice care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management and supervision of patient care services, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and accrediting bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical operations in alignment with state and federal regulations.
  • Approve services provided to hospice recipients, ensuring compliance with start of care, re-certifications, and discharge requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure documentation meets company policy and state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of SC.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with a minimum of one year in hospice care.
