Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical operations in alignment with state and federal regulations.
- Approve services provided to hospice recipients, ensuring compliance with start of care, re-certifications, and discharge requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure documentation meets company policy and state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of SC.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, with a minimum of one year in hospice care.
