Jewelry Sales Representative

As a Jewelry Sales Professional at Cd Peacock, you will be the ultimate ambassador of our boutique, modeling client-centric behaviors at all times. You will maintain and inspire clients with a deep knowledge of our heritage, acquire new customers, and build relationships and drive sales with clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a client-centric ambassador, providing an open and inviting point of contact for all walk-in customers.
- Maintain and inspire clients with a deep knowledge of Cd Peacock's heritage.
- Acquire new customers and cultivate client relationships.
- Build relationships and drive sales with clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Focus on high-impact activities that will increase client conversion and retention, driving revenue and inspiring loyalty to the Cd Peacock brand.
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented approach to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Participate in buys or special orders based on client requests.
- Handle service requests, warranties, and repairs, maintaining consistent follow-up with clients.
- Uphold operational excellence by conducting case counts, routine inventories, and executing price accuracy, including ticketing.
- Uphold and maintain visual and merchandising standards throughout the boutique.
- Take part in maintaining a clean, safe, and conducive work environment for co-workers and clients in all areas of the front of house and the back of house.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all systems and software, including POS, CRM, Inventory Management Systems, iPhones, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service goals through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
- Achieve a healthy balance of sales through cross-selling efforts, including selling Rolex timepieces, other timepieces, and fine and fashion jewelry.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to service and clienteling metrics, such as secret shops, client surveys, retention rate, conversion rate, cross-selling, and top client growth.
- Maximize learning opportunities via vendor immersions, sales and service trainings, product summits, and self-guided learnings, including e-learnings and app-based trainings.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 5 hours.
- Must be on the sales floor a minimum of 75%.
- Must be able to work (on average) between 35-40 hours per week.
- Must utilize and be proficient in systems, software, and technology required to perform duties as a sales professional.
- Must be fully flexible and available with scheduling and working when needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must reflect and role model our company's Core Values at all times.
- Must always reflect professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Prior experience in Luxury Retail/Jewelry & Watches is preferred but not required.
- Higher Education (college degree, associates, or bachelors) is preferred but not required.
- GIA Certification is preferred but not required.
