Job Title: Passenger Services Manager

The Passenger Services Manager is a key role at NANA Regional Corp, responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service to airline customers and passengers at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in daily interactions with airline customers, passengers, airport officials, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify operational needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Communicate effectively with airline customers and address their needs and concerns.
  • Handle staff disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure Passenger Services staff are current with all required training.
Qualifications:
  • Prior airline passenger service experience is essential.
  • Previous airport ramp service experience is preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather and lift 60 pounds comfortably.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
  • Friendly and outgoing customer service personality is essential.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands.
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 200 pounds with assistance.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to focus.
  • Work outside in various weather conditions.
