Bistro Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bistro Attendant to join our team at Courtyard Anchorage Airport. As a Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes.
• Prompt and recommend menu options to guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Process payments, including cash, room charges, and credit/debit cards.
• Track and order inventory for supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins, and cups.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage sanitation.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and make change.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
