Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team at Holland America/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and staff between airport and hotel properties, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a motorcoach between airport and hotel properties, ensuring timely and safe transportation of guests and staff.
  • Welcome and assist guests with their luggage, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Perform various customer service tasks, including answering questions and providing information to passengers.
  • Other duties may include transfers to or from the rail station, as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
  • One (1) year of experience in positions involving customer service.
  • Current, valid driver's license, with three (3) years clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested.
  • Must meet Company's clean driver eligibility requirements.
  • Current, valid Commercial Driver's License, Class B with an air brake endorsement is required. (May be obtained through Company training course.)
  • Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
  • Minimum age of 21 is required.
  • Some experience in positions involving vehicle or automotive detailing is normally preferred for this job.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
