About the Role

Access Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities, as well as developing and executing growth strategies for our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our CEO, CFO, and COO to develop and execute strategic plans for our portfolio companies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Collaborate with our investment team to evaluate and execute investments in line with our strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement operational improvements and best practices across our portfolio companies
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and executing strategic investments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
