Job Title: Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at MCI Careers. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • State or Federal work experience
