Join Our Team as a Global Health Director

Mitre is seeking a highly skilled Global Health Director to lead our efforts in global health initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to address complex global health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to secure funding and resources for key projects and initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale projects and pilots in global health, global health security, public health, human services, and community health.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, international organizations, and other partners to advance the organization's mission.
  • Provide expertise to improve vaccine development initiatives, from research and development to distribution and implementation.
  • Oversee the development and management of robust global health and supply chain advisory efforts to improve the efficient equitable delivery of medical supplies, production, and resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience in Global Health and/or Public Health, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies, particularly with government sponsors.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
