Job Title: Director of Contracts and Acquisition Management

LinTech Global is seeking an experienced Director of Contracts and Acquisition Management to join our Corporate Services Team. The successful candidate will apply best practices in planning, tracking, change control, and risk management to ensure effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle and Program Management: Oversee all phases of contract management, from proposal to closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD-specific acquisition requirements.
  • Portfolio and Acquisition Management: Manage and oversee the Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, and Contracts (PMAC) function to ensure governance of IT projects and contracts.
  • Planning and Risk Mitigation: Gather requirements and use cases, develop work breakdown structures, and create detailed schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet contract objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish effective communication plans with team members and the government customer, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, FAR/DFARS regulations, and risk management practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 10+ years of contract management experience, with a focus on DoD contracts and federal acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in contract management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
