About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team at SMG. As a key member of our Client Management department, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of client-facing professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and results
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
