Senior Manager, Client Success

InMobi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Client Success to lead our client success team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Client Success Managers to ensure seamless client onboarding, campaign delivery, and ongoing support.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell InMobi's solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in client success or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in client success management, with a focus on programmatic advertising or ad tech.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
