Lead/Principal Product Manager

High-level Overview

Tillster is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our highly configurable commerce and engagement experience platform. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development, and ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product roadmap based on competitive analysis, market feedback, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with design, data analytics, engineering, and product operations to drive product development and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with sales, account management, and marketing to develop the go-to-market strategy and sales and marketing collateral.
  • Measure Product Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product performance, including conversion rate, user engagement, return rate, customer lifetime value, site and app performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 9-12 years of experience as a product manager for digital experience platforms and content management systems that create and control consumer web and/or mobile applications.
  • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product owner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Passion for user experience and data-driven strategy coupled with a demonstrable ability to scale platforms and processes.
