Job Description

Oracle is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of products and solutions in the process manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process manufacturing industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, or oil and gas, and a strong background in product management.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for process manufacturing solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, understanding customer challenges, and ensuring that the product development process is customer-centric.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, sales, and customers.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within process manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations, including production processes, quality control, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering products that exceed expectations.
