Senior Landscape Architecture Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management, planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple landscape architecture projects and teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of project-related issues.
  • Define project scope and engage in contract negotiations.
  • Develop and track project budgets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Supervise and evaluate the schematic design phase, construction documentation, and project administration.
  • Assess environmental reports concerning land conditions.
  • Review timesheets, prepare invoices, and manage collections.
  • Approve and present preliminary reports and feasibility analyses.
  • Participate in business development initiatives with current and prospective clients.
  • Travel to project sites and related locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA).
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of site design, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Proficient in technical software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, GIS, and similar applications.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply landscape architecture principles to address site design challenges.
