Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Allocating resources effectively for assigned projects.
- Supervising onsite teams and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with quality assurance and health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities.
- A degree in engineering, building science, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
